  1. Track the status of your passport. Please provide the required and correct information below. The Consulate has not received your new passport. Usual processing time is between 6-8 weeks. Use the courier tracking number provided to track the passport delivery. You may track the envelope at the website of the chosen courier.

If unable to monitor your passport status using the link above, please send an email to newyorkpcg.passportreleasing@dfa.gov.ph with the subject “status of passport release”.

  5. Through PTS, the applicants can check the release date of their passports online. This new service by the DFA is available on its official website at www.dfa.gov.ph. There is a PTS icon that one can click to check the status of their passport applications.

  6. Track your passport status with the Philippine Consulate General's online system.

  7. The Embassy/Consulate General advises all Philippine passport holders, whose passports are expiring within the next 6 months, to renew their passports if they intend to travel within the aforementioned period.
