  3. Who We Serve. Pathfinders brings safety, hope and healing to youth in crisis in the Greater Milwaukee area. Our youth are facing interconnected issues such as homelessness, sexual abuse, exploitation and trafficking, mental health challenges and many other forms of trauma.

  6. Changing Lives. Ensuring all youth are safe, healthy, independent and valued. The organization changed its name to Pathfinders Milwaukee, Inc. in order to reflect its growing expertise and strong reputation for serving youth and young adults ages 6-25 who are experiencing trauma and crisis.

  7. Pathfinders is a program offered by The Counseling Center of Milwaukee, also known as TCCM, which is a nonprofit organization that administers a range of education, training, internship, leadership, counseling and health care programs.
