Just had my Paxil increased from 20mg to 30mg after an extreme 2+ week (and counting) episode of panic/heightened anxiety that has turned my life upside down. Think i may be starting to see signs of improvement though. Similarly, i've been on Paxil for about 20 years, at 20mg almost the entire time.
