Log into the NC Learning Center to view and register for OSHR learning opportunities. The Learning Center allows you to enroll in online courses offered through the State, and it allows you to track your progress and see a list of your past courses on a compiled transcript.
The state’s official job-search portal, NCWorks Online allows youth to search for jobs, find local training opportunities, and learn about industries and occupations to prepare for their careers. The system also provides information on programs and opportunities for youth in their communities.
The Learning & Performance section provides training opportunities for all employees who want to increase their knowledge and skills to become more productive and effective. Topics include, but are not limited to policy and procedure awareness, skill development, and workplace safety.

Depending on need and funding availability, financial assistance may be provided for tuition, books, fees, supplies and other support services. Support services include transportation, childcare, background checks, uniforms, tools, immunizations, and certification exam costs.
Available courses, along with descriptions and schedules, are accessible to State of North Carolina employees via the NC Learning Center. The Talent Management Division staff is also available to design and deliver "in-house" workshops to meet an agency's specific business needs.
