Sup guys! Just wondering if someone could tell me if payday 2 works on Mac with m1 chip? I checked on the list but it doesn’t show if it works or not.
PAYDAY 2 is an action-packed, four-player co-op shooter that once again lets gamers don the masks of the original PAYDAY crew – Dallas, Hoxton, Wolf and Chains – as they descend on Washington DC for an epic crime spree.
Go to Play on Mac or Play on Linux and install a version of steam using wine. From there it sorta emulates a windows version of steam. You then need to install payday 2 on there and boom. you are good to go. I am running OSX Yosemite and I play this game just fine.
PlayOnMac will allow you to play your favorite games on Mac easily.
Does anyone here have tried running Payday 2 on it? I know, macOS don't have a native Payday 2 port, but maybe with Wine it will work ? It's pretty much the only game I play (with Minecraft Modded) and it will be a bummer if I can't play this game on my future Macbook.
