For Cinebench, we work with data we gather from various online sources. These data sets can never cover every PC configuration, therefore our benchmark scores in-game can differ from real life.
I tried various solutions and it seems the issue arose on connecting the 4 cables outside the PC, so eventually I disabled ALL my "Power-Ups" (had all of them unlocked and enabled for obvious reasons), and then boom, problem solved. I managed to fix both PC's and continue on.
