Inmates with PIN Debit prepaid phone accounts can pay for their own phone calls, and call any phone numbers allowed by their facility. Many facilities allow friends and family to make deposits directly into the inmate’s PIN Debit account.
You can add multiple phone numbers to your account so your loved one can reach your home phone, work phone, cell phone, other relatives, neighbors, friends, etc. Calls will connect to cell phones (subject to facility restrictions).
Our specialized phone service, priced at just $5.00 per month, is tailored for Federal Inmates. With InmateAID, you get local numbers in most cases, costing only 6 cents per minute for calls within the same area. For long-distance calls, it's 21 cents per minute making your inmate's monthly phone bill excessive.
