“A Song of Ice and Fire: Game of Thrones Reboot” is a total conversion mod for EU4 that introduces the continents of Westeros and Essos, complete with their constant political turmoil, their different cultures, and those unnatural beings that come from the Lands of Always Winter.
Ideally you want to hold off on converting until you have achieved the Peace of Westphalia. Assuming you want to be the Emperor, the best thing to do is become Catholic emperor and pass erbkaisertum as soon as possible. Doing so forces religious peace and locks you in as the permanant emperor so you can then change religions as you please.

6 Ιουλ 2018 · Another way to make the peace of westphalia happen is by forcing conversion of the emperor (the leader of the catholic side) while you are fighting the emperor outside the league war. I was able to do that while playing with UK and I sneak attacked Austria while they were fighting protestants.
22 Οκτ 2017 · I kinda want to be HRE and EoC as Rome though, so the first thing I need to do is force Peace of Westphalia. I have no idea how to do that is. Every time I play in Europe, the league war either never fires or results in a decisive Protestant League Victory.

The only real option would be to leave the HRE, become the league leader, declare, get white peace(or revoke a reform), become a monarchy, become emperor, and finally add your provinces. TBH I think it's really too late for you at this point unless you want to go through all that work just to be a member of the HRE.
