Yale New Haven Children’s Day Hospital's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospital Program (PHP) provide specialized treatment for children ages 5-12 years who are experiencing high intensity mental health needs.

The Bradley Center’s Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) is an intensive mental health treatment facility where children ages 6–18 who have severe mental, emotional, intellectual, and behavioral challenges receive 24-hour care and therapy.
Nichols Cottage & the Adolescent Unit. Nichols Cottage, part of NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medicine, is an 17-bed inpatient child psychiatric unit designed to help children, aged 5 to 12 years, and their families manage crises.
Nichols Cottage is an 18-bed inpatient child psychiatric unit designed to help children, aged 5 to 12 years, and their families manage crises. Similarly, the Adolescent Unit is a 21-bed inpatient psychiatric unit that serves adolescents aged 13-17 and their families.
Provided in ambulatory, partial hospitalization and inpatient settings, our pediatric OCD programs offer a team-based approach to treating children and adolescents struggling with symptoms of OCD and related disorders.
Our psychiatry inpatient program is a family-centered setting focusing on crisis stabilization, intensive evaluation and short-term treatment for problems affecting children and adolescents, ages 3 through 17 years. Our unit serves patients who require 24-hour care.
