Become a PEF Member! As a New York State employee, working in the PS&T Unit, you have the opportunity to join the New York State Public Employees Federation (PEF). As a member of PEF, you will have a voice on the job and in the community.
To become a PEF member and receive union benefits, you must submit a PEF Membership application. Once enrolled, your dues will be automatically deducted from your paycheck. You cannot receive PEF benefits if you do not complete the PEF membership application.
