What is Municipal Court? The Municipal Court is a local court created by state law, whose territory is confined to the city or community in which it is located. Practice and procedures are governed by New Jersey Court Rules. The Municipal Court Judge is responsible for overseeing the administration of his or her Municipal Court.
Mon - Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm - On Friday 9/27/24 the court office will close at 2 pm and will re-open on Monday 9/30/24. Court Session Most court sessions are being handled remotely via Zoom.
