Through the Open Doors Matching Program, the University partnered with donors in creating scholarships that would benefit students in any one of six programs designed to help them face every challenge on the path to graduation.
Completion scholarships typically offer up to $3,000 for eligible students. Awards are based on demonstrated financial need and the availability of “Open Doors” funding at the student’s home campus or college. Funding is awarded on a rolling basis from August to early June until available funding is exhausted.
25 Ιαν 2018 · The Penn State Open Doors Scholarship Program is a 2:1 permanent match from the University for endowed gifts made to a program before April 30, 2018. To be eligible for the match, the minimum gift to Smart Track to Success — or another pilot program — must meet or exceed $30,000.
