All nurse aide applicants must pass both examinations before being listed on the Nurse Aide Registry. You may take Written (or English Oral) examination either online or at a test center. Skills Evaluations are only offered at a test center.
Visit the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s Nurse Aide Registry page to search for an individual by registration number. You can search for up to 15 CNA license numbers at a time. The results will display the individual’s name, city, status and registration number.
