I loved the foam erasers a lot, but I tend to keep an eraser with all my pencils and erasers react with and melt plastic. So my choice, based purely on portability for me is the Staedtler Mars Plastic in the little slidey stick thing.

The eraser (Z2-1) is larger than the ones found in pencils like the rOtring 600 and works well enough for small mistakes. I think the P200 series is also popular for collecting because there are so many variants.
How does it compare to other "big grip" writing pencils? Seen a few of these on eBay before, almost pulled the trigger, but wound up getting something else (another old Pentech that I *had* tried before).
