A vintage clipped recipe from PET Milk for Fabulous Fudge, make this fudge recipe with sugar, PET Evaporated Milk, marshmallows, salt, butter, Hershey's Semi-Sweet Dainties, chopped pecans, and vanilla.
15 Νοε 2023 · Step 1, Preheat oven to 375°F. Step 2, Mix in a 1 1/2 quart bowl, sugar, flour and salt. Step 3, Stir in syrup. Step 4, Beat in eggs, one at a time. Step 5, Mix in milk, pecans and vanilla.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until bubbly and melted, about 13 minutes. Remove from heat. ADD cocoa, chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until well melted. Stir in nuts, if desired. Pour into prepared pan. Cool. Remove fudge from pan. Peel away foil. Cut into desired sized pieces.
Boil additional 3 to 4 minutes or until candy thermometer registers 225°F, stirring constantly. REMOVE from heat; stir in white baking chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in almonds.
Stir in sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, vanilla, salt and 4 tablespoons melted butter. Gradually whisk in 1 1/4 cups evaporated milk until blended. Stir in 2/3 cup coconut and 2/3 cup chopped pecans. Pour into pie crust. Bake 40 minutes or until filling is set but still slightly loose in center.
