Sungai Baram (Jawi: سوڠاي بارم) ialah sebatang sungai sepanjang 400 km terletak di negeri Sarawak, Malaysia Timur di pulau Borneo. Sungai ini berasal dari timur iaitu dari Banjaran Iran dan mengalir arah barat melalui hutan hujan tropika ke dalam Laut China Selatan.
