2 Οκτ 2023 · Here are a few ways of locating your dead body. 1. Using a Mod. The easiest way to locate a corpse is using a mod such as Death Helper. This mod has two features and that includes Corpse Finder and Suicide Potion. With the Corpse Finder, you can locate the corpse upon dying. The other feature can be used when you want to die, it’s mainly of no use.
29 Οκτ 2023 · If you go to the in-game options and go to advanced, there is a "Max last death mark waypoints". This will have the game mark where your body should be. I don't know if you have it on by default.
If you happen to be on steam, get the dino tracker mod. When pressing the tracker it will give you an arrow that will direct you to the loot bag. First you have to select the death bag from the finder though. Once you are close to the bag, you will see a huge white light beam.
14 Ιαν 2016 · There are many occasions in ARK when you die, you know exactly where you died, and even so your pack is not there / cannot be found. This is because some bug in the game mechanics allows your body to clip through the "floor" of the world when you die (it doesn't happen all the time - possibly to do with what or where you impact).

30 Νοε 2015 · Expect to lose corpses, it's a part of the game. But in general, have a couple beds in your base in case you need to spawn more than once. Have a box near the bed that has armor, weapons and food in a fridge so you're not running naked back to your corpse. Naked corpse run basically mean you'll die again pretty quick to insects or other small game.
