The standard Enigma faceplate mounts through the concealment wing of your holster. Therefore, your holster shell must have the correct type of wing and the correct mounting points to be compatible, plus a few extra considerations. It needs two mounting holes directly below the trigger guard, spaced exactly ⅝” apart from center to center.
Adjustable is fine and dandy for other purposes, but you'll be mounting the holster to the Enigma using the same holes that you would use to adjust the retention. It's not impossible to install an adjustable retention holster onto the Enigma by any means, but it's way less headache.
My current holster setup is a Tulster Oath with the Enigma. I’ve also used the PHLster Pro, TXC X1, JMCK WingClaw 2.5, and a Black Arch holster with the enigma. Current favorite is the Tulster Oath due to its low profile while still accommodating the red dot.
Can anyone tell me or measure for me what the vertical distance is between the two holster mounting points are? Greatly appreciate it. This is for the enigma OS version.
23 Μαρ 2021 · Long story short- if you are looking for a comfortable and versatile AIWB chassis that accommodates a wide swath of handguns, the PHLster ENIGMA is worthy of your consideration. I was furnished with this chassis/holster from the manufacturer so I could test it and give my honest feedback.
The Light Bearing Enigma has two long, parallel slots in the faceplate, and attaches to the holster with four screws. Identify which model of Enigma you have, plus helpful info about how to wear it, adjust the leg leash, & install optional accessories.
5 Μαΐ 2021 · A compatible holster shell will have two mounting holes directly under the trigger guard (pictured below). In addition to Phlster’s own shell, other makers such as Eclipse Holsters and JM Custom Kydex produce compatible models.
