As said by another poster, connected to mall, next to MRT, sprime location on orchard Road, executive rooms have in-toom internet which is handy, though it lacks leisure facilities. I would also check 'other' reviews for it, search on Yahoo Singapore and you should get regional reviews too.

Hotel Phoenix is a a very convenient Hotel with Mall around it, Somerset MRT station next to it and walking distance to All shopping on Orchard Road. (The SG tourism information Centre is just 3min walk away). The only thing is Phoenix Hotel does not have any Pool.
