Asbury Grove, located in Hamilton, Massachusetts, was formed during the camp meeting religious movement popular in the mid-19th century. Originally set on seventy-five acres of land, the camp was founded by the Methodist church in 1857.
former railroad bridge abutment, Medway, MA. This is the abutment to a railroad bridge, the only surviving remnant of the railroad in Medway. The railroad used to cross this street on the bridge -- an early example of grade separation.

Asbury Grove had its own train and trolley stations, providing connections from Boston. The Grove is listed on the National Register of Historic Places . The Asbury Grove Historical Society (AGHS) was formed to record and share the history for future generations and commit to restoration projects throughout the Grove.
The Assabet River Rail Trail (ARRT) is a partially-completed multi-use rail trail running through the cities and towns of Marlborough, Hudson, Stow, Maynard, and Acton, Massachusetts, United States. It is a conversion of the abandoned Marlborough Branch of the Fitchburg Railroad.
