It was released on September 1, 2009 and is presented as a learning tool, an open ended computer game, an animation tool, and an engineering tool.
Phun, though it looks childlike is a very sophisticated 2D physics simulator. You can create amazing things with it, especially along with a vector graphics program, such as Inkscape, which is free and open source. Download Phun, free for non-commercial use from phunland.com.
One of my favourite pieces of software is called Phun, which is a brilliant 2D physics sandbox for PC, Linux and Mac. You can hand draw shapes, pin them in place, join them together with chains and springs and much more. You can create some very complicated systems.
