Two types of bootstrapping are used in phylogenetic analysis: parametric or nonparametric bootstrapping. If the data is disturbed by random sampling generating new dataset, then it is nonparametric bootstrapping. If the data is disturbed by particular order to generate new dataset, then it is parametric bootstrapping.
