Examples of physiological needs include: Air: The most basic physiological need is breathing. Humans need a constant supply of oxygen for cells to function and survive.
The needs in Maslow’s hierarchy include physiological needs (food and clothing), safety needs (job security), social needs (friendship), self-esteem, and self-actualization.
