I recently found thetvapp.to on here, and I am extremely impressed as it seems to be smooth, with no pop-ups or buffering. They have a wide variety of channels, and even have a special section for all sporting events for the day. However, they do not seem to include "local" channels like FOX, ABC, CBS, and NBC.
Pluto tv they got movies and stuff on demand that are free but as far as tv goes if you don't mind a bunch of old tv shows it's pretty good. Between your choices I'd go for Pickerington unless you're a bit hillbilly and white and would like to only see other hillbilly whites in which case grove city is for you. That said the north side is more expensive for a good reason and with a kid in tow you might want to pay extra for it.
