The ZMF Pilot Pad is a velcro attached headband pad that goes easily around any headband that is less than 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) in width and 3/8" (0.95 cm) thick.

The ZMF Pilot Pad is a velcro attached headband pad that goes easily around any headband that is less than 1.5 inches in width and 3/8" thick. If the headband is less than 1.5 inches in width it can fit thicker headbands.
If you don't get a hotspot on the top of your head with reqular headbands (Beyer etc.) then the Pilot pad is gonna be better; it actually stays on the headband. The Co-pilot pad is great if you DO get a hotspot on the top of your head easily, but it won't want to stay on.
