I bought the ZMF Pilot Pad to improve the comfort of Maxwell’s headband and it does fit on the strap. It’s a perfect fit for me but I could definitely imagine it being too tight for a lot of people.
7 Μαρ 2020 · Just to clarify, the recommended use for pilot pad on ZMF cans is to remove the strap and use the pilot pad on the headband rather than putting it on the strap?
14 Φεβ 2017 · It's pretty cool. If you do get a T50RP, definitely swap the pads. I recommend the Shure 1540 pads
Compared to the original Pilot Pad, the Co-Pilot offers more surface area, larger foam pads, and two-sided Velcro attachment with a thinner, sleeker profile. This design will work with headphone bands that range from 1.95in (48mm) wide and 0.1in (2.5mm) thick to 1in (25.4mm) wide and 0.5in (12.2mm) thick.
