Pinball Pimp sells professional quality stencils for many games. The cost is $159-$169 for most games. The kit inlcudes all stencils necessary to do both sides of the cabinet, head, and the front of the cabinet. They are professionally made and cut.
1) Purchase a roll of clear acetate for the stencils and a can of easy tac to stick them. 2) Draw stencil design in a vector drawing program (I used Inkscape). 3) Print stencils to-scale (i.e. full size) on paper. 4) Using a clear cutting mat, cut acetate stencils directly on top of plans.
Repair damaged pinball playfield or cabinet artwork by scanning, editing, printing decal, applying. Use a scanner or camera and edit on computer.

Create and apply stencil, silk screen or decal. In the case of stencils you can either buy a plotter/cutter or have a sign shop or online service create your stencils from a vector image (see this article for more information on creating stencils).
