14 Οκτ 2010 · The raptures are my first set of SGI irons so immediately in my hand they looked of course bulky and felt heavier (not sure of swing weight). I have never hit a ti face iron, but I was pleasantly suprised, they felt like a typical ping cast iron, but a little more of a muted feeling at impact.
I selected and got fitted a set of Rapture irons (4-PW) because it has a Ping quality, the classic looks and also the latest technology. I'm enjoying golf more and more even though I'm not practicing often and only play one round per week.
Model Reviewed: PING RAPTURE IRONS, white dot I have been golfing for over 15 years now and I just turned 30..........the "Best Years of a Golfer!". I sold my old Ping Zing irons and splurged on an over priced RAPTURE set even before any reviews came out.
2 Ιουλ 2010 · Ping categorizes the Rapture as SGI and the G15s as GI. Other than forgiveness, they appear to be similar clubs in design. My opinion, for what it's worth: unless you have some particular problem with swing strength (very out of shape, frail, etc), you will probably do better with the G15s than with the V2s.
25 Απρ 2016 · The Ping Rapture Irons review by the experts is quite good and if you are considering purchasing it, you should not think twice. If you can get past the chunky design and the unattractive graphics, these irons will be the best you have ever held in your hand.
