The PLX reviewed fine as a basic deck so if you get a good one it’s fine to learn on. I’d just personally lean towards the AT or Reloop versions of the same deck. Reply reply

7 Ιουν 2017 · Aesthetically and functionally, the PLX-500 offers much of what made the Technics such a hit with DJs back in the day: direct drive, near instant-stop start, S-bend tonearm, pitch control and robust build quality. However, the Pioneer’s shortfall on mass – 11kg vs the SL-1200G’s 18kg – is one crude indicator of its qualitative shortfall.
