Overview. The Conference & Visitors Bureau (CVB) administers the City’s efforts to promote tourism to Pismo Beach, thereby enhancing the City’s General Fund revenue through Transient Occupancy Tax receipts and, to a lesser but significant extent, through Sales Tax receipts.
