The Incredibles— 9.5/10, best Pixar movie of my childhood and deep nostalgia attached, but also one of the best stories and sets of characters. Monsters University and Monsters Inc. (tied) — 9.4 / 10. Most engrossing Pixar world and one of the most cohesive franchises.
A few years ago, I watched all the Pixar films in a week and rated all of them based on animation, originality, storytelling, emotion, voice cast, music/score, and entertainment value. Then I averaged those ratings and made a ranking.

Ratatouille was a big misfire for me: the protagonist was an unlikeable, preening perfectionist prima donna, and everything that is wrong about wanting to enjoy food, with the insane gatekeeping and insistence on details that don't matter.

Ratatouille isn't about fanboying Bird. They like Incredibles because it is a superhero film. Ratatouille is about disappointing your family by doing something they don't understand.
