7 Δεκ 2005 · I want to program one of my local repeaters into my portable, but I'm having trouble with the pl one this repeater. 1 web site has the pl as csq, another site has the pl as 103.5 and a third site has the pl space blank.

9 Φεβ 2009 · PL/DPL tones are subaudible tones, used to gain access to a repeater. Most repeater systems do not pass that tone through the repeater. Even if the tone is being passed through the repeater, it isn't necessary to decode that tone in order for you to be able to listen.

7 Ιουν 2024 · 1. No. A PL tone is audio - just like voice, only much lower in frequency. 2. As noted above, PL would not prevent any RF interference that might affect your signal. It can, however, prevent any audio interference from being heard while the radio is muted by PL.
