Launch PokeMMO from the Start Menu or Desktop Icon. Locate compatible ROMS* using the ingame menu. Current Required Compatible ROMS: Black/White 1. Current Optional Content Compatible ROMS: Fire Red, Emerald, Platinum, HeartGold/SoulSilver. * You must have the legal right to use that rom.

I have a Pokemon Black and a Pokemon white ROM that I downloaded for pokeMMO. It says that the file isn't a valid black/white ROM. It is a .nds file. I don't know if this has anything has to do with Unzipping the ROM.
