13 Οκτ 2024 · I intended to torrent the dlc so I could play it (technically legal as I purchased a license to the media), but I can't find a torrent for the dlc, standalone or bundled with scarlet itself. I've being using Ftorrent, not that it really matters as far as I know.

The issue is due to you previously installed the old DLC called: New Set Uniform. Teal Mask DLC includes this previous DLC. Therefore, you'll have to do a clean install and not install New Set Uniform for the DLC to work correctly as I show on the video.
