The main tab is the complete Pokedex, with national dex numbers, regional dex numbers, base stats, typings, abilities, height/weight, ev's, etc. The other tab is good for comparing a couple of Pokemon (or building teams).
Each tab equals 1 card collection change all 0's to 1s at the (in collection (0/1) column). Everything else will be updated automatically. The duplicates column is optional (if you want to know your total amount of cards or useful if you wish to trade with others)!

With this spreadsheet, all you would have to do is know the set number (xx/xx) and you could pull up your spreadsheet on your phone at the tournament (using the google drive + sheets apps), and find out if you have the card or not. I already did the hard part of creating the spreadsheet.
Simply enter the number of each card that you have in your collection, and the spreadsheet will do the rest. The overview sheet at the front end will update as you fill in your set sheets. Feel free to download a copy for yourself and post any questions here :)
