Hello, I'm playing Ultra Shiny Gold Sigma lately. Right now, I have all Badges in Johto and 4 Badges in Kanto. But I can't get to the Kanto powerplant due to these ghosts, also somehow, Morty isn't in the Burned Tower im Ecruteak, so I can't get the Ghostbuster.

Personally, the only problems I encountered were Lance and the Team Rocket grunts being invisible in certain parts of their secret hideout in Mahogany Town, causing me to resort to walking through walls with cheats to complete that area.
