Founded in 1922, Polar Caves, New Hampshire’s premier Outdoor attraction is welcoming and fun for all generations of Adventurers. Offering 9 granite boulder caves, boulder mazes, nature trails, and an animal park with fallow deer and ducks.
Come tour our natural scenic attraction featuring 9 glacial boulder caves. While visiting, feed the fallow deer, pheasants, and ducks. Also try the Baking River Mining Sluice; tour our Maple Lodge, and enjoy the truly unique Glacial Rock Garden.
The caves are a popular tourist destination. The park contains nine granite boulder caves connected by a series of boardwalks, a giant boulder maze, an animal park with European fallow deer and ducks, and a mining game for children.
Polar Caves. (603) 536-1888. Located just outside Plymouth, at the bridge between the Lakes region and the White Mountains, the Polar Caves offer some great trails, and a bit of geology. Access is easy, taking exit 26 off I-93.
