The Polar H10/H9/H7 heart rate sensor has a user changeable battery. Average battery lifetime of a heart rate sensor can be found in the product user manual. You can change the sensor battery yourself. If you'd like help, please contact your closest Polar Service Center to have it changed for you.

19 Σεπ 2007 · Not sure if my pics will upload or not, but here is my attempt to replace my battery. Pic #1 - shows what the back looked like after surgery (in an attempt to show what it looked like before). My strap was replaced in 06(?) and the contact patches are rectangular.

16 Νοε 2007 · Replace the battery. Here’s the important part, make absolutely sure that the gasket is seated before your put the cover back and screw it on. There is a little channel that it sits in but somehow I managed to screw that up.

Sensor pairing with a Polar or third-party device or app is required after a reset, update, or battery replacement if you are using a firmware version earlier than 3.3.1 for H10. See instructions.
