16 Νοε 2009 · If you are having problems with the front cylinder, it's either you are running lean due to the carbs or you have a crank seal leak...that's assuming water is circulating in the system. There is no need to change the water system setup in stock operation.

13 Αυγ 2015 · Bought a 2000 SLX 1200 from a guy knowing it didn't ran, he said his mechanic thinks its the CDI box ($500 these days ). I get no spark at all, pulled all 3 plugs out of the cylinders, turned off the lights, and turned over.

3 Απρ 2011 · I think the carbs just need cleaned and that issue will be fixed. However, after about an hour of riding, it started to overheat but only for a few seconds and only wide open. When I run it full throttle for about a 2-3 min, the red light will flash, the MFD says HOT, and it governs the motor.
5 Αυγ 2004 · It is hard to start when you first get it in the water, and the problem is intermitent, it will bog at full throttle , and when you let off the gas it will idle fine. Feather the gas off and on and it will take off and run like an ape.
