17 Αυγ 2013 · I've noticed a lot of posts that are very against POR-15 and I'm curious why. I figured it would be a decent paint for frames/suspension components. I tried to search but POR isn't long enough. I used it to coat the inside of a panel when I had it opened up for a patch. Is it for when people try to paint over it, or just a bad product in general?
13 Απρ 2009 · A few years ago there was a big trend to paint the insides of fuel tanks with POR-15. After a few months it turned out to be a bad decision. It disolves into goo and comes off in sheets, even with proper prep work.

It's really durable, I've used it on soft floors, it will fill small pinholes too. i've heard that the por15 can be brushed over rusty metal without adverse effect. is this true? can it be applied over painted surfaces without peeling, or does metal need to be bare? Observations.........
24 Μαρ 2021 · When researching rust products, I looked at both POR-15 and Master Series. About half of the reviews on POR-15 had complaints of the product peeling off in sheets, whereas MS had no negative reviews. I've been very happy with MS and would use it again in a heartbeat.

7 Ιουλ 2009 · well known rust preventative paint. Google search rust-preventative paint and sure enough POR-15 pops up. POR-15 is supposably a paint that cures with the aid of moisture.
