Obituary of Angel C. Hill. Port Allegany - Angel C. Hill, 51, of Port Allegany, passed away Tuesday (May 7, 2024) at her home in Port Allegany, surrounded by her family. She was born March 20, 1973 in Olean, NY, a daughter of Jonathan Nelson and Gloria (Press) Nelson-Lamont. On May 9, 1997, in Coudersport, she married Robert T. Hill, who survives.
