Most entry-level Postal Service jobs require you to pass the Virtual Entry Assessment (VEA). These exams include: VIRTUAL ENTRY ASSESSMENT – MC (474) for Mail Carrier jobs; VIRTUAL ENTRY ASSESSMENT – MH (475) for Mail Handler jobs; VIRTUAL ENTRY ASSESSMENT – MP (476) for Mail Processing jobs
The first step involves establishing your assessment account and providing some basic, voluntary information about you. An email invitation will be sent to the email address you provided. Follow the instructions in that and later emails to complete the first and second steps.
We can hold your mail for a minimum of but not for more than 30 days. Please deliver all accumulated mail and resume normal delivery on the ending date shown below. I will pick up all accumulated mail when I return and understand that mail delivery will not resume until I do.
Instructions: Complete this form. Then, do one of the following: Give to your carrier; place in a collection box; place in your mailbox (must complete the reverse side). Present to an employee at your local Post OficeTM.
