Canada Post will have new pricing that goes into effect this month. The changes will go into place today, Monday, September 12, 2022. The price increase is due to rising costs related to processing and delivery, and the need to serve more addresses.
6 Μαΐ 2024 · OTTAWA – Canada Post’s proposed postage rate increase takes effect today. For stamps purchased in a booklet, coil or pane, which represent most stamp sales, the rate increases by seven cents, to 99 cents per stamp. The price of a single domestic stamp increases to $1.15, up from $1.07.
Why did rates increase? Rate increases are needed to ensure that we can continue to meet our service obligations to Canadians and address our financial pressures so that they do not become a burden on taxpayers.
