Incentive Lettermail items accompanied by a manually prepared order will be priced at the applicable Lettermail meter or postal indicia prices. All prices are subject to any applicable rebates, discounts, fees, surcharges, adjustments and taxes.
The changes will go into place today, Monday, September 12, 2022. The price increase is due to rising costs related to processing and delivery, and the need to serve more addresses. During their peak season (October 31, 2022 to January 15, 2023) additional surcharges will also be adjusted.
Neighbourhood Mail™ Prices. As mentioned, Canada Post is introducing enhancements to Precision Targeter in early 2022. Increases for pieces under 50g are 1.7% or less. For heavier items, 50g to 100g, the increases are just over 2%. The rate for a standard piece up to 50g will now be $.0173 (17.3¢).
