“My Post” is the customer portal at swisspost.ch. Once they have logged in with Swiss ID, customers can access their personal customer portal directly. This is where you can view and directly use Swiss Post’s most frequently used online services.
To ensure that you can find a consignment that you send or return in the consignment overview, please make sure that you mail your consignment using your account (e.g. pick@home) and that your sender address matches the one registered in your Swiss Post Customer Login.
With the Post-App, you can conveniently track and manage your consignments at any time, even when you’re on the go. Simply download and log in with the Customer Login.
