You can add consignments manually in the “My consignments” overview and track them by entering your e-mail address in the field provided (e.g. a consignment addressed to your family or a consignment you have posted yourself).
Enter tracking number to track Swiss Post shipments and get delivery status online. To track consignments, you need the consignment number that is assigned to each consignment (for examples, see “Consignment numbers”: What are the typical formats for consignment numbers?)
