6 Απρ 2023 · The Postal Service Reform Act of 2022 (PSRA) required OPM to establish the PSHB Program, which will provide health benefits plans to United States Postal Service (Postal Service) employees, Postal Service annuitants, and their eligible family members starting January 1, 2025.
The FECA program cannot accept Form SF 2809 (Health Benefits Election Form) or Form SF 2810 (Notice of Change in Health Benefits Enrollment) for any Postal Service claimant. All changes must be processed through OPM’s PSHB system. FECA staff cannot assist with the selection of a PSHB plan. When will the new PSHB plan be effective?
