The Postal Service Reform Act of 2022 is a federal statute intended to address "the finances and operations of the U.S. Postal Service (USPS)", [1] specifically to lift budget requirements imposed on the Service by the Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act [2] and require it to continue six-day-a-week delivery of mail.
11 Μαΐ 2021 · Delivery shall occur at least six days a week, except during weeks that include a Federal holiday, in emergency situations, such as natural disasters, or in geographic areas where the Postal Service has established a policy of delivering mail fewer than six days a week as of the date of enactment of the Postal Service Reform Act of 2022.''.
