In order to facilitate the Overseas Pakistanis, online or digital Power of Attorney has been launched by the Prime Minister of Pakistan. Instead of Physically appearing in the Embassy for attestation of Power of Attorney, the executants can apply online while sitting at home.
As per the vision of Honorable Prime Minister of Pakistan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) in collaboration with National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) has developed an online process for issuance of Power of Attorney for Overseas Pakistanis, residing abroad.
