Any football practice conducted by a school outside the school year shall be in accordance with the following regulations: (i) Student-athletes shall not engage in more than three hours of practice activities, with up to a one hour break, on those days during which one practice is conducted.
In Division I, TSSAA schools shall be divided into six classes for football; in Division II, TSSAA schools shall be divided into three classes for football. II. All regular-season games must be scheduled by the Friday preceding the first-round play-off games to be counted in the play-off standings.
